Our weekends just wouldn't be complete without a ranger ride...so on Saturday, we drove up Ash Creek with some friends. It was dusty and bumpy, but we had fun just the same. The water at the creek was ice cold and Reagan of course jumped right in--luckily for her the water was only a few inches deep where she got in and quickly got out, but not without wet feet! She was a billy goat and climbed up all the rocks and only stopped when we convinced her we had gone far enough. Travis's observation was simple,"WOW!" He was right. It is beautiful up there! It is almost daily that I seem to be reminded of how blessed we are to live where we do. Believe it or not--I love this little valley as much as Jason does!R and R...too cute!
Our little miracle baby isn't so little anymore! Travis is growing by leaps and bounds everyday. He is the happiest, most content baby you'll ever meet. Just one smile and he's your friend forever. He loves wheels (any kind!), laughing at Reagan, and escaping from Mom and Dad. Travis keeps us smiling and on our toes! What lucky parents we are!
Reagan--8 is totally great!
What a girl! Well, actually not too girly...Reagan is Reagan. She is sweet, silly, and sassy. She isn't afraid of anything and enjoys being the center of attention. She loves being a big sister and takes special care with Travis. Reagan is (almost) always willing to help out and loves working with Dad outside in the shop or in the garden and even wants to help mom cook and clean. What a blessing she is in our lives!
We love excitement and action! I guess you could say Jason and I are 'adrenaline junkies'. Jason is police officer and I'm an ER nurse. We both love the craziness of our jobs and I guess the sound of sirens. Don't miss understand--we also love the peace of home...our sweet little ones, our church callings, and being near family.
