How Far Can You Drive This Week?

Okay so it was really last week...but how far did we drive?  Well, my booty can testify to lots of miles.  First, last Tuesday it was off to Albuquerque to get pick the old Model A car Jason bought from a talkative gentleman who actually lived in Santa Rosa, a beautiful little mountain area about 45 minutes out of Albuquerque. The kiddos had some fun at Nana's and we set out at 2am and got home around 7pm--straight up and back with only a little stop for a tire replacement in Hatch, New Mexico.  Then, on Wednesday, it was off for our little mini-vacation to the Arizona Grand in Tempe for two days.  The room was spacious and the water park was a blast.  Reagan loved the slides, Jace loved the lazy river, and I think Travis's favorite was the wave pool.  We relaxed and just enjoyed the trip and playing in the pools.  Another highlight was rain; it rained on us even while we were at the water park so it was beautiful, amazing weather while we were there. We got home Friday night and then last, but not least, was us up on Saturday and off to Tucson for a Larson Cousin day at the Wildlife Museum.  The kids loved all the cool mounted animals and hanging with their cousins.  The hit of the day was Peter Piper Pizza. Everyone loved getting tickets and then trading them for prizes. (Moms all agreed the Dollar Store would be a better bargain for us all though!)  What a busy week!  It was fun and fun filled.  We are looking forward to some down time now, except for Jace who is busy as ever.  Here he is out in the shop, helping Dad work on the new car:

Where are the rest of the pics for the week you ask....well, I totally fell down on that one, but will continue to try to do better
